Instructions on Joining Virtual Meetings

You can joint the meeting from a computer, laptop, tablet, cell phone, or regular phone (audio only).  The instructions for each meeting are unique and those details are shown on this page.  At the bottom of this page are some hints on using the Webex controls.

To join a meeting from a browser, go to the URL shown below.  You may need the meeting number and password.  If your device has a video camera, its image will be shown at the meeting.  However, you don't need to have a video camera.

You can install the Zoom app on your phone or computer, but it is not necessary to do so.

If you just want to hear the audio, you can also call into the meeting via any phone.  However, you will not be able to see the competition entries (obviously).

PLEASE MUTE your phone or computer when you are not talking at the meeting.  With so many people participating, the background noise could be distracting.  If this background noise it too loud, the host of the meeting can mute anyone's microphone.

PLEASE READ!

When we have a combination in-person and Zoom meeting, it takes some time to set up all the equipment. We rent space for the meetings, so we have to bring in all the equipment necessary to broadcast the Zoom portion of the meeting.

So please be aware that the Zoom meeting might not start promptly at 7:00. It could be as late as 7:15 or 7:30. Please be patient while we're setting up the equipment. If possible, the Zoom meeting will start while this setup is occurring. We may also ask some of the online participants to help verify that the audio is working.
