The photographer of the Year awards are determined by
the number of competition points earned by each photographer.
The points are earned per the schedule on the
"Competitions > Competition Rules"
The photograph of the year is determined by a popular vote
that normally starts shortly after the November competition
and ends several days before the December meeting.
